When the cons outweigh the pros. There’s no need for pros !

Cons

Bad and racist Managment at the Winnipeg office. Outdated systems and poor user interface Lack of respect for drivers as many drivers are POC. This is a terrible place for any POc, minority to work at. Get a job somewhere else and save your self. Bad working environment and need to learn & teach diversity for future improvement.

Pros

Building is nice, new and clean. Free gym on site for all employees complete with showers. Laundry on site too. Most staff are friendly.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Raises are few and far between if at all. Organization is becoming more focused on toxic masculinity. If you’re a woman, you don’t matter and will be expected to work harder than your male counterparts.
