Good pay, recently increased pay package for cross border drivers. One of the only carriers that PAYS OVERTIME for anything over 60 hours /week. Quarterly safety bonus. Lots of miles. I never wait for a load. Small dispatch teams. Great people and a real progressive, modern attitude. The safest fleet in North America. Modern, new, well maintained equipment! Work when I want, home when I want. No problem to average 12,000-13,000 miles per month. Great culture at Bison. #oneBISON

There are no cons... Seriously. But I have to have a 20 word minium in this box. So I'll repeat.. NO CONS.

Pros

There are some genuinely nice people to work with. Really have to screw up to get canned (if you're a slacker, you're pretty safe). Annual profit sharing.

Cons

"Good 'ol boy" network controls who gets opportunities within the company. Will create weirdly-worded position titles so you can't compare salaries to other companies easily (Bison historically underpays by making non-Managers manage).
