Amazing before being acquired by Idera

(Before being acquired) - Great engineering culture, no harm in exploring different solutions. - Good compensation - Work life balance definitely emphasized (Even won a Great place to work award) - Office pantry was amazing, free drinks + snacks + ice cream

Cons

Mass layoffs after acquisition, in both US and SG offices. The offices was just a business cost they can cut, so they removed it and all of the support staff. What great culture we had before will be completely gone. Not really angry, just sad how capitalism works.

MigrationWiz is a great product, all the dev team members were talented and hard workers who put MigrationWiz as number one on Peerinsight.

Cons

What Geeman did to his employees is cruel. He sold his soul for money. All the passion he told us was totally untrue. He may be a good developer but terrible CEO. Idera is just interested in marge and acquisition, they are not an IT company. It is sad to see BitTitan is falling apart.
