Pros

If you love technology, want to work with smart people that get stuff done, this is the place for you! They provide the tools you need, the autonomy you require and the vision to make it to the top. The culture is friendly and conducive to getting work done, while having a good time too.

Cons

As with any start up/small office environment, as the company grows, maintaining the culture will be key.

Pros

You'll work with very smart people and get a lot of support along the way. They make it easy to work hard. That's a huge benefit if you're interested in super-charging your career. There is a high level of transparency and people are really committed to "getting it right". The company allowed me to achieve growth and increase scope very quickly. There are also clear opportunities for fast growth.

Cons

The company is located on the Eastside so if you live in Seattle expect some commuting. Otherwise, there are literally no reasons not to work here.
