No transparency. You're just a cash machine, you don't know what are the company perspective / strategy. No benefits Commissions are very low No pay rise possible Not training No team building ( we all work remotely), or you have to pay for it with your own money. "Cost cutting & profit" is the company mantra

Nice office at a good location with warm and friendly colleagues

Cons

All good things come to an end. The company was sold to a PE firm and they retrenched most of the people, keeping only the support staff.
