Pros

Lots of intelligent, friendly people.

Cons

The current CEO (MJ) has a marketing background, which is great for trying to sell a company quickly but challenging if you're trying to run a profitable business (unclear which he is trying to attain.) Examples of this limited experience: when employees bring up rising competitors, he dismisses them instead of tackling it head-on to assess the business climate. A more consistent vision would help the place feel like a real company and get his employees to take him seriously.

Pros

The people are fun and energetic. Everyone is passionate about the product and making it better. Good benefits + work, life, balance.

Cons

Leadership is extremely disorganized and it shows in the day to day. Very quiet atmosphere and not a lot of collaboration. There is not much transparency and is a surprise when numbers come in. There is no room for career advancement. Very flat org which makes it a job not a career.

They started out good in the beginning

Cons

Lots of favoritism People of color don’t progress there Fake diversity and inclusion Most black and brown folks have suddenly disappeared and I’m a white person noticing this HR facilitated the most dangerous and toxic doings of the leaders. People low key disappear and they cover a lot of things up to appear to look good
