      Pros

      Working at BitSight is a rewarding experience. Each team is tightly-knit and highly-driven. Despite rapid growth, the work culture is very open and sociable and there are many events that bring the whole company together.

      Cons

      Commuting can be difficult in the winter.

      Pros

      BitSight is full of smart, creative, proactive, and fun people. We are creating a new market, which is full of interesting challenges; it is never boring. The management team provides great leadership and "walks the talk." Everyone is highly collaborative. People work "smart" and meetings are productive. There is a mentality that you should try new things out / test ideas - just fail fast and learn from the experience. I love the culture.

      Cons

      This is one of the best - if not the best - places I've ever worked, so it's hard to come up with a con. Work - life balance is good, but the only thing I would say is that you sometimes feel bad if you come in late or have to work from home. Could be self imposed pressure, though.
