BitSight is on track to become the standard in security ratings and its exciting to work at a company that is on the fast track to success. Opportunities at solving problems that have plagued the security industry for decades. Smart people who are constantly learning from each other. Well funded startup!

Cons

Sometimes it feels like engineering culturally takes a back seat to sales Work to life balance can be hard to manage at times

Smart Co-founders who understand the technology space and a CEO that is a successful serial entrepreneur Real team feel with great work/life balance--I don't even know how many days off I have taken this year except it has been enough

Cons

Work space is a bit crowded due to excellent growth and getting to Cambridge can be a bit tricky to travel to if you have to be a pure 8-5 worker

Cons

- workload can be heavy and intimidating sometimes - super fast pace environment means sometimes communications can be tricky
