Pros

Good hikes Learning(if your team and project is supportive) Onsite opportunity if you stick to your position.

Cons

A lot of macro management Lot of partiality Not good for experienced persons. If you are joining from MNC, don't even think about joining this.

WorkLife Balance is not good

Pros

- You get to Work From Home, (but now it will change to WFO)

Cons

- You get to learn new stuff, but it will only help you get the breadth of topics, you will not be able to go in depth - Work Life balance has been messed up from previous 6 months, giving unrealistic deadlines to client force you to work 14-16hrs/day and even on weekends with no compensation for extra work.
