Pros

Good time pass stuffs like TT and Pool table which will help you pass your time. Good company for couples. Good onsite opportunities if you are willing to become your manager/TL/PL's pet.

Cons

more of maintenance projects and less of development projects. No work is given to the TLs and PLs and they sit idle for the entire day. They do a lot of bossing and overloading the developers. Developers are regularly called on weekends. If you say no, then it is directly impacted on your appraisals. Lots of office politics.

1. Less onsite chances 2. Some time it needs to work in night shifts if it is part of project requirement
