Pros

Great collaborative culture, nice (and smart) people, lots of value being provided to customers, latest cutting edge technologies used, new ideas are welcomed, lots of opportunity to grow professionally, really good benefits of learning paths and employee recognition programs.

Cons

Some growing pains- to be expected, but "just the right amount" of processes and standardization being added over the time to help.

It has a culture one that provides a flexible work environment Throughout my tenure i have worked in teams which greatly support and inspire one another Bitwise empowers people to create, define, and nurture all sorts of roles. I have always received opportunities to grow with professional development along expanding my expertise and skills
