Not the right place if you want to grow in your career path

Pros

# Good natured people ( not all ) # May get good team at client location.

Cons

# less than average salary # less than average benefits # terrible health benefits # yearly cap on employer contribution to 401K. Per year 1.5% match, $1000 max. # Zero recognition for all the good work. Even if you're recognized by Client, you won't get anything from Bitwise unless you flatter higher ups. A lot of favoritism in play.

Good pay. Location Few managers are good.

Cons

You can't gain mastery in one technology as you will be asked to work on multiple projects and multiple technologies. To bulid Career in this company you just need boot licking skills. Technical skills are myth here..

Favoritism Freshers are made to work for longer hours They would file your Visa but would never give you the opportunity Seniors take credit of others work. No work from home facility.
