Lack of growth due to very limited accounts and no career progression.They hire external candidates for Delivery Management and Sales rather than promoting and training internally .The external hires resign and leave the organization in 2-3 years and the cycle repeats over and over again.The existing long term employees are treated as consultants and are rarely promoted .Benefits are bare minimum.Salary hike is frozen for the last 2 years even though company does good business.overall a company with potential and nice management, but suffers from lack of growth and not believing in existing employees potential to handle higher positions.

The workload can be high, but the management will be understanding if you need any help. A little less number of paid leaves when compared to other companies.
