The culture has gone from bad to worst.Constant upgrades of titles/promotions for folks in senior management.Resources get no opportunities for growth .Never works like tier-1 vendor.Contracts are all for supply of resources rather than any implementation owned projects.All onshore employees are treated like resources with zero upward mobility.HR writes 5 star reviews ,company wide mandate to give 5 star Glassdoor reviews pumping rating.Stay hundred feet away from this company.

Decent company with good Management.

Cons

Lack of growth due to very limited accounts and no career progression.They hire external candidates for Delivery Management and Sales rather than promoting and training internally .The external hires resign and leave the organization in 2-3 years and the cycle repeats over and over again.The existing long term employees are treated as consultants and are rarely promoted .Benefits are bare minimum.Salary hike is frozen for the last 2 years even though company does good business.overall a company with potential and nice management, but suffers from lack of growth and not believing in existing employees potential to handle higher positions.
