Bitwise reviews

1. Culture is pathetic , based on one region/location of the company. Patriarchy is there in company and favoritism all of the time to only known local people. 2. Employees are not valued even if they go an extra mile and work for long hours. Only favorite ones or from their family circle are considered. 3. HR department is for talking and gossiping and giving pat on their back among themselves. 4. Management is nil and they are not action oriented, giving positive reviews about company here. 5. Fresher's will be so much pressurized for work and asked status every hour and the team leads will only gossip with managers and roam around and seniors will take the credit for other people work. 6. Salary hikes are based on your friendliness with management and not on your work ,regardless of how much effort/time you put though. 7. There are less people at bitwise and more Ids to show for client and billing. People who leave bitwise their Ids also exists to get billing. 8. No technical expertise in their TLs and PLs. 9. Work life balance( for hard working people only) is not there. Lots of stress and pressure from non helping seniors in the project. 10. No proper trainings and knowledge provided and expected to learn all in a week. 11. Notice period is too long to stay during end of your stint here. 12. No transportation facility and no benefits as given by MNCs.

Salary is not good, insurance used is good but costs a lot for family members, other staff in Office is not so great
