Career Growth - I have grown here more than I expected. There are clear paths for advancement. Management: I always felt heard and supported even during challenging periods. company culture: The Culture is collaborative and inclusive. Tech & Tools: I appreciated that the company keeps its tech stack modern and invests in the right tools.

Work Life Balance: At times project deadlines can get intense and requires extra hours. It's manageable, but something to be aware of going in.

No pros, earlier it was a good company but now it's not good.

Cons

No clear communication from HR department regarding when we will get hike which month, no timely updates Almost majority of employees are doing overtime , no work life balance at all, no one cares about employees projects are not there and high micromanagement , peanuts hike even after getting good ratings
