- supportive staff - learn new technologies - Lots of responsibility given along with technical things which can bring out leadership skills among employees

Cons

- work life balance ( depend upon project you are working on ) - if you work for 12-13 hrs then only you will be appreciated - less hike - no allowances given for late working employees
