You can't gain mastery in one technology as you will be asked to work on multiple projects and multiple technologies. To bulid Career in this company you just need boot licking skills. Technical skills are myth here..

1. Very good work environment, sans politics 2. Good opportunities, also will accommodating if you want to change your technology / field 3. Onsite opportunities are good 4. Salary packages offered are good, but NO variable pay
Cons
1. No Smartphones allowed in the premises 2. Employees are promoted without proper evaluation, which creates a bottleneck for performing employees at lower level, since the position at the top is already taken 3. Sometimes late night work, which is quite prevalent in other projects too
