- Amazing growth potential overall - Mid-level managers are excellent - SUPER talented employees

Cons

- C-Suite, EVP, VP Leadership does not value the go to market teams, AM/CSM teams. - They are willing to let talented employees leave over salary/title negotiations. - NO career growth/planning opportunities - Toxic leadership/HR dept. - They have purged certain legacy employees, the ones that actually stuck with them through COVID and the pivot to virtual working 80hrs. + a week

Pros

The list is long because it truly is an amazing company but the ones that jump out to me are how supportive and positive the employees are here. They're also very organized when it comes to the structure of onboarding new-hires and they treat you like an actual human. Some companies treat you like a number and I can't stress enough how nice it is to feel so supported and cared for each and every day.

There really aren't any cons.

- There's never been a better time to join this company for the current market demand that there is for the product. - There are some truly great people that you will work with and the company culture is very important to the C-suite - Room to grow as a professional with the company growth - Startup so their processes are always being updated: this is a pro and a con - The sales VP can be harsh at times but it comes from a good place as they only want to see people succeed and I'd personally rather have someone that cared.

Cons

- The sales team has a lack of resources currently so there are times where it can be very frustrating to get what is needed to be successful - With a startup environment, you will run before walking and there are sometimes decisions made in a vacuum that do not make much sense.
