Bizzabo has a great culture of people willing to help each other. Employees are ambitious, willing to do what it takes to improve and also friends with each other. Great place to learn how to sell - advanced sales team and program. Transparent feedback from management usually.

Cons

Quotas are difficult to hit, there is occasionally favoritism from management, product is harder to sell as you go upmarket. Long hours.

At every stage of my time at Bizzabo I have been challenged to learn and go beyond the day-to-day scope of work. This in itself has been invaluable experience as a professional, learning more in my first three months here than at any other previous role. What makes it better? The opportunity to work alongside a team that truly cares about this company, our customers, and each other. Bizzabo has created and continues to foster a culture that is unparalleled.

Cons

Not many, if at all. It's the type of environment that requires curiosity/self-drive to grow. Expectations are laid out clearly, but going above that is truly up to the individual.
