Pros
Bizzabo is a company like none other. I have never worked for a company that actually cares about the people in the way that Bizzabo does. They look at you as a human rather than as simply as an employee. All around, the people are really what set Bizzabo apart. They are fun, supportive and really cheering each other on. It is hard to come across a company like that - especially in New York. Leadership is incredible and some of the smartest/best people you'll meet/work with in your career. They have a vision and it is a team effort to get there. They actually listen to what the employees are saying. If you have an idea, it will be taken very seriously. I was sold on the company after meeting with the founders. They are authentic, charismatic, and all around really amazing people. Bizzabo constantly looks at their values and actually sticks to them. Sticking to your values goes a long way with employees. It is tough, but Bizzabo prioritizes this.
Cons
It is a start up - so there is constant change. Bizzabo could also work on some of the perks they offer, but I know that is being looked into constantly.
