This review is based solely on my interview process with the company, as I felt compelled to share my experience. The entire process was very smooth, very well thought out and professional. Product The 3 questions I look to be answered on the product side are: (1) What problem are you solving? The problem they're solving is massive. (2) How big is the market? Close to $10 Billion. (3) Who are the competitors? In their space they are number one. Those are 3 big boxes that are checked. After doing my due diligence on the company and the space, I found the actual software to be incredible easy to use and real intuitive. This is very important. People The process from my initial contact with the recruiter Tayla was awesome and very transparent. I think what really stood out to me about the company was the vibe when I went to the office for my onsite interview. Everybody seemed like they were having a great time, working hard and smiling. This is so important. I quickly understood why after I met with both founders Eran and Alon. From the get go there was really something different about these guys. I've sat across the table from many C level executives during my career, and I felt a real sincerity, open mindedness and coach-ability to the both of them that I found very engaging. They both conveyed great humility and a deep curiosity on how to make themselves and their teams better. This came across profoundly. Although I decided not to move forward in the interview process due to specific circumstances that were surrounding me at the time. I really couldn't recommend the team and the company highly enough. This is what all start ups should feel like.
