Pros

company values, culture and growth opportunity. You won't find a place with more employee support. The culture here is incredible where you will be challenged, your ideas will be not only heard but implemented when applicable and overall enjoy coming to work every day.

Cons

As with any normal hyper-growth start up, there is constant change to process and ways of doing things that you have to be ready to run with. That's it.
