      Great opportunity if you are looking to be part of the transformation. Lot's of strong talent and growing. Reorganizing from old P&L process to becoming one company.

      Lots of change but it is very positive.

      Pros

      Assistance with school, reasonably healthcare, 17 vacation days to start plus 6 holidays and 4 floating holidays (basically extra vacation days).

      Cons

      Vacation does not roll over

      Thank you for your feedback. I would agree with your feedback on our benefit programs. We are constantly evaluating our programs to ensure they are competitive and attract and retain strong talent. We want Black Box to be a place where team members can, and do, build long careers. We are evaluating the vacation/PTO policy annually to see if we can make some changes. I also agree with your advise. We do have to consider client holiday schedules to align with team member work assignments. Please let me know which customer site had a conflict. Thanks, David M. Last Thursday and Friday I held "skip level" conference calls with about 1/3 of our account managers to get direct feedback on what is working and what is not.
