good people to work with and they do care about you and the job

Cons

it doesn't matter how good you are, we get no raises. you can work countless hours of ot and get perfect scores on review (which are a joke) and you get nothing for it... so sad and it doesn't encourage employees to stick around. And no differential pay for any shift

As of this year we now have a merit planning process in place to reward strong performers in the organization.
