I worked at black creek a few years and got to know many of my co workers. They were all great people but it was apparent that stress was rampant. Most people were in a bad mood most of the time. The owner of the company is a terrible manager of people and doesn't know how to give feedback in a professional manner. I was often berated for very insignificant things. With the tide turning in the job market, there are hundreds of much better companies to work for that will treat you with dignity and respect, and allow you to work remotely. I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless you are a workaholic and enjoy toxic management.
