Pros
They set the bar for what not to look for in a company. I started my career here. I was worked to the bone. There was no respect from management regarding personal time / life. Many late nights and weekends were worked for arbitrary deadlines. They helped me realize that I will never work in a place like that again and I never have. There are far more places for developers to go where you will grow in technology, be trusted by the management, work closely with a team, and be respected. This place offers none of that. Please, for your sake and your family, do not work here. If you hate yourself and like to be treated like dirt, then look no further!
