Increasing internal politics leading to no teamwork across departments, no transparency and constant organizational changes in structures No feedback channels Incredibly high turnover rate (50% + with current CEO) Loss of authenticity, little brand integrity in public facing departments Constant direction changes- reactive, never proactive Lack of exceptional talent that applys to work here Questionable investments, limited resources

Pros

There is still an outdoorsy vibe to the place that they haven't managed to kill yet. Lots of climbers and skiers stoked on playing outside. My colleagues here are the best I've worked with anywhere.

Cons

They've gone too corporate and lost their soul. We don't design for outdoor enthusiasts anymore, we're just trying to be yet another mediocre apparel company is a sea of other mediocre apparel companies. It's impossible to get ahead in the company. Almost all management jobs are now filled with underqualified people from outside the company. Mentorship and internal promotions are firmly in the past.
