Good salary, good benefits (except for the health insurance plan), good people on the IT practitioner level and immediately above it.

Cons

Health insurance plan stinks, especially for a larger company ($2200 deductible). Difficult application to work in, especially if you're new to it. Have a lot of unnecessary security restrictions.
