Pros
GREAT, SMART, HARDWORKING and highly qualified people...at least most of them are. Flexible schedule. Great growth opportunities for employees willing to work hard and not sit on the sidelines and complain. The pay is very competitive.
Cons
1. TONS of new people... 2. Attrition is high. I believe this is because they aren't hiring the "right" people. This place is growing like crazy. In order to maintain, there's going to be very long hours and lots of hard work. When you hire people who aren't willing to roll up their sleeves, work in the trenches, work long hours to get the job done, then you're going to have a revolving door...This place is a sweat shop right now...honestly (at least it was when I was there)...hire people who are ok with that work environment. Personally, I enjoy a fast paced environment so I didn't have a problem with being thrown in the deep end w/o any documentation. My only beef is that the work life balance the last year or so I was there was WAY out of whack and it never got any better. 3. Management is seriously disconnected from the employees...They don't get it...they make decisions that just don't make any sense to anyone except the rest of the executives...They need to get out the corner office and come sit in the cubes with some of the folks who are working their butts off to keep the lights on! This place used to be a great place to work. Everyone worked together to achieve a common goal. New management has come in and taken over and it's become an atmosphere where everyone looks out for themselves. It CYA at ALL times... It's sad that such a great company went by the wayside due to poor leadership...
