Awesome Coworkers but Company does not care about employees

I had a great group of coworkers and my direct manager was awesome Nice annual bonus if you are lucky enough to get it (based on annual review)

Cons

Health insurance is useless if you have health issues - geared towards young and healthy HR and upper management do not care for employees. I went for help with an issue and it was the biggest mistake I could make.
