Collaborative environment, rapidly growing company, tons of opportunity, ping pong table, lots of exposure to management team, annual trip somewhere exotic, good salary and benefits.

Cons

Sometimes have to figure things out on your own, limited equity compensation, offices around the country and in London make it difficult to stay up to date with coworkers.

Relatively flat company structure with management that listens and values employee opinions. Employees are encouraged to identify inefficiencies, suggest solutions, and given the opportunity to implement their ideas.

Cons

Nothing of concern. Benefits and office to office communication have continued to improve as the company has grown over the past few years.
