Pros

Great people to work with and very easy communication up and down the company to accomplish what you need to. There are some brilliant people at the company who are able to help tackle any problem.

Cons

The hours can get long and working through three time zones can be challenging

The guidance of newer employees is hampered by existing experts having to complete their own demanding schedules, so there is never a harmonious blend of training to build new success at the company.

Great advice. This was something we were lacking. Our team has since rolled out a comprehensive training program that has been very well received by new employees. As far as the outlook, we are incredibly optimistic about the future. We have met or beat our forecasts every year and have remained in the Top 1,000 fastest growing companies in America for three years running.

culture, coworkers, flexible schedule, work from home, laid back office but still productive

office space is small, different company locations make working with off-site coworkers a challenge
