So much potential, so poorly managed

Pros

Fast-paced environment with a good sized kitchen with updated appliances. Employees are friendly and the pay beats many similar restaurants in the area offering the same job.

Cons

Wildly disorganized and every day the kitchen is out of stock of multiple items and/or items are not prepped for the cooks to use. The company as a whole and down to each location is very heavy on managers that you would have thought had never even set foot in a kitchen before. Every week you have a different supervisor telling you how to do the same job differently. I've worked in other well run kitchens before and I know this is not how it's supposed to function.

Pros

Delicious food, fun atmosphere, enjoyable place, party decor, comfortable seating.

Cons

They treat their employees inhumanely. They ask them to work 8 to 14 hour shifts and do not allow them to eat at all or take any break. None. They make them work double shifts often which means 8 hours and then another 6 hours. Many of them on the night shift have to work until 1am in the morning. They get paid at different stations; some get paid very low wages with very low tips. Very unfair all around. I will not be eating there, supporting them or giving my money to them.
