Pros

People are nice, atmosphere is good, and hour is extremely flexible. They pay higher than average (which is kind of famous)

Cons

Facilities are poor - they don't even have their own gyms. You can get discount at nearby gyms, but the subsidy is low for co-ops. Drinks and foods are subsided, but still not good enough.
