Pros

Nice to work with Smart people Any time you need something to do your job its provided. upper management rewards people who perform well. Its exciting to work with a company that is on the leading edge of technology.

Cons

Work life balance is sometimes compromised. however if you want to get ahead any any company i think that is something that we have all come to expect.

Pros

-like minded people - everyone is very smart -internal travel company that you can use to book personal trips -flown in to waterloo on last moment notice (they paid for flight $3000) -picked up at airport by limo and taken to a provided hotel until I got a place to stay -employee soccer league helped me get to know my team on a more familiar basis -salary was significantly higher than previous coops at other places -employer provides opportunities for self-growth (such as paying dues for toastmasters)

Cons

-I was doing something different than most of my team - I couldn't seek advise from my neighbours -some teams don't eat lunch together that often (some do though) -Waterloo isn't that wonderful
