Pros

We have an amazing solution that people love to have and most can't live without once they do. We are all working towards a common goal and not just the bottom line. This company does more for it's employees than any other in the area and treats everyone with respect and trust. It's a fun place to work and this is by far, the best corporation I've ever had the pleasure to work for!

Cons

We don't communicate as well internally as we could. We have a lot of specialty teams so sometimes information isn't passed as efficiently as it could be.

Rapidly growing company with a great product. Great for someone just starting their career and presents a huge potential for growth and advancement within the organization.

Cons

Compensation is less than other comparable tech companies and stock options no longer offered for individual contributors. There exists a boys' club in some business units and promotions are at times given not on the basis of merit.

the best place for new innovation opportunities and technology advancement in the world and the potential of getting to meet with top players is also an advantage.there are numerous department at rim and every department is lead by people with "can do" attitude.everyone comes to work with a smile on their face because the compensation level is fair enough.
