Owner ignores men and mainly pays attention to female workers, especially the more attractive ones, there is a tendency for the owner to be very petty against certain people and bar them for minor or nonexistant reasons. Especially staff. The way tips are distributed (from the Tronc) isn't open at all and while there is a points system you don't get feedback on how to improve etc Prior to the 2021 minimum wage increase they told us we would get 'pay rises' which we did in March (month prior to minimum wage going up), felt as if they were trying to make it seem like they did it out of proper recognition of our efforts.
