Cons

The typical downfalls of working at a startup, blistering fast pace and continually calibrating direction. But that makes for an exciting and satisfying place to work.

Ya, uh, not a whole lot for this section. Loved working with the people at the company though. Even though management was actively working against us, we all worked together extremely well to make it work.

Cons

Just bad management of the company. I feel like that fully captures all of the issues in a concise manner.

Really great idea that had the legs to really disrupt the aviation/transportation space. Super dedicated teams and really smart people working to solve a complex problem Great learning experience and tons of autonomy.

Cons

Lack of trust and transparency in upper mgmt tore this company apart. Series B funding round blew up in the 11th-hour b/c investors sniffed out "less than honest" revenue figures. Uber-growth and investor pitch-deck "slide chasing" took president over operating a sound and sustainable business.
