Pros

Employees are honest, hard working, smart, driven, mostly non political, down to earth and driven to be the best. N

Cons

Co. runs so hard and fast, communication gets lost in all the "doing". Too many irons in the fire sometimes means lack of focus. Many times shotgun technique of management, with all employees driving to hit multiple targets at once.

The people are great. The groups I work with work really hard and do work long hours too but they also know how to take a break from the seriousness and have fun with it.

Cons

Needs to be more communication from the top down. Leadership should be consistent companywide.
