Pros
The product is good, the evolution of the company is interesting, and the employees see no translation of it in salaries or incentives. Location is great.
Cons
Disrespectful Management. The work environment is harsh because what is requested to employees is to work without the necessary tools to achieve unrealistic goals. Partners are usually impressed about how tough is the treatment on the phone of some Managers towards employees. I have encountered unprepared Managers that were qualified to deploy their Projects and had a proven record of it but had ZERO Management skills. I have seen unacceptable behaviors of Management within this company. Human Resources does nothing to protect employees from inappropriate management.
