      Decent pay, nice location, good benefits and lunch cafeteria

      Cons

      No one ever takes accountability, lots of finger-pointing and little collaboration, if you don't fit into the group, no one talks to you, elitist mentality, not very professional

      Great use of technology. Fast growing field. Open management style.

      Politics within groups. Not sure about some of the competencies of peers, most were good though.

      Pros

      One of the sector leaders. Good existing relationships with business partners.

      Cons

      Inexperience middle management, including even some members in the upper management. Political. Too much undercutting, back stabbing and finger pointing. Very little collaboration. It's mostly about personal gain and building personal empires.
