Pros

The family atmosphere at this company is amazing. The people within the company are always encouraging other to grow within the company. Since the company is growing there are many opportunities for growth and to advance your career. The knowledge that you are helping someone go home to their loved ones at the end of the day is very rewarding. In the event that someone is hurt on the job, it's nice knowing that our product can get help to them fast and can prevent further injuries. The fast pace atmosphere keeps you on your toes. There is never a dull day at Blackline Safety.

There could be more parking.

Absolutely no pros at all

Cons

They took over WTL a lovely UK company. Then absolutely slaughtered the workforce. Many people now face terrible debts and losing their homes. Disgusting liars.

Been here a while and it's a really great team. The company's focus on safety is very gratifying. It's not just about growing the business. Our technology matters to the lives of employees around the world. There aren't too many meetings and it's a fun place to work where we have a common goal

Cons

It can get super busy at times but that's not terrible. While the number of employees has increased, staying connected can sometimes be a challenge.
