Pros

We can learn how to do politics which will be helpful to sustain in any organisation.

Cons

1. No job security as there is sudden firing of employees. 2. Very less hikes like service based company. 3. INTERMEDIATE hikes and bonus are given only for specific teams and few team leads . 4. Team managers cheated team members that they don't have any intimation regarding hikes and bonus but they have received hikes and bonus happily. 5. Management thinks only team leads are working hard and team members are just enjoying the fruits of success. It may be correct as they also come under management category. 6.Try to stop discrimination between teams and members as all have equal role in success of the organisation. All are eligible for INTERMEDIATE HIKES OR ATLEAST BONUS . 7. Even supermarket HR policies are better than blaize.

1. Best place to learn if you really want to learn Machine Learning and other concepts. No one will spoon-feed you but if you are having a zeal to learn then they will guide you and provide you the resources. 2. Free lunch 3. Work life balance

Cons

Politics would be there but if focus on ur work then it won't affect you.
