      BCT has a very relaxed work Atmosphere. BCT as a company is allowing me to show numerous talents. Tons of growth opportunities.

      Lack of communication. Company is growing too fast hard for workers to become acclimated to the BCT way. difficult industry to understand and learn. Very much a niche market.

      -Company was growing rapidly -Moved up in positions quickly

      Cons

      -Received 3 "promotions", but without a pay increase -Promised raise during yearly reviews, but never received one. -Had 11 different bosses in the 4 years I worked there -Weak leadership -Not an organized company -Promised no lay-offs during the Covid Pandemic, however fired 40+ employees. Me included.
