      Pros

      Very small company where everyone knows each other and treats one another as they would like to be treated, with respect. They have pretty good benefits for a company of its size. They truly value a work-life balance, not just say they do. All management are very accessible, open and they work with their employees. Family like atmosphere and feel.

      Cons

      Company needs to get best practices in place and the process of doing things to remain consistent while it grows. Company is growing and planning to grow more so hopefully there should be even more advancement potential.

      Salary was ok but not worth the stress.

      Cons

      - 45+ hours per week - no work/life balance - 4 managers in our department within 2 years (this alone should be a red flag) - understaffed and always expected to work as if we’re fully staffed without exception - micromanaged to the T - good ole boys club

      Pros

      Depends what a pro is to you. I think there is absolutely none. You decide.

      Cons

      The Owner, management, Human Resources are clueless . They have 27 year olds and younger guys running the shop, you can definitely tell by the rework and lack of organization. The blueprints are always wrong. Senior managers treat employees like garbage.
