Cons

Long hours- usually 50+ and anything over 40 without pay if you’re salaried. Micromanaging and stress levels are through the roof and this limits productivity and brings down the overall morale in the office. Compensation was never enough to warrant the overworked schedules and stress

Good but tough and frustrating management

American owned business that cares for its employees and supports our industries. People were solid and skilled at what they did.

Cons

Individual managers can really vary in quality. I had a really good manager for several months and got moved to a different department with a bad manager that no one really liked. It is frustrating when they don't seem to have any consideration for the guys working it.
