      I have not worked here for very long but I already feel very valued. The team here is dedicated to growing this business and pushing for continuous success. There are many opportunities here for career development. I am happy to be working for a great company!

      Pros

      I love that my team is supportive and that we can make an impact on the workplace experience for our employees. I definitely feel that I have a voice in the process improvement efforts. The culture and the people are my favorite part of coming to work, I look forward to the work hard, play hard attitude and the drive for success and improvement!

      Cons

      There are always going to be ways we can improve and there will continue to be growing pains as we continue our expansions of teams, but the drive for innovation and positive attitudes are extremely beneficial in how we grow as a team.
