      Plenty of overtime and always doing something different which keeps busy.

      Cons

      Terrible communication between departments. Preference for certain departments by the owner and upper management. Limited growth opportunities and pay. Bad management. Etc.

      Pros

      This company really cares about their associates. They pay competitively. Most companies like to say that, but BCT follows through on that! They have their PACT, which is their rules to live by and most managers follow through on them. Also they are a fast growing company so there are a lot of opportunities if you work hard for advancement.

      Cons

      The insurance is rather expensive, but in this day and age, it is understandable. They are always looking for new ideas though to help their associates save money which is great. Also, because they are fast growing, there are some growing pains, but they are actively working on fixing them!
