Disruptive technology with an ever-growing customer base year over year. Good sales leadership, clear & defined sales goals & processes, good benefits/compensation, and great work/life balance.
This company made me interview an overseas resource and then laid me off 4 days later due to “COVID hardship”. Management can be toxic and thick headed, despite the fact that none of them follow or know best practices of doing things. Overseas resources are what keeps the lights on, but I predict not for long. Product runs the development show.
Working in sports and helping individuals/teams develop. Being around the baseball and softball culture.
Cons
Management from the top down are not on the same page. I’m a realist and there are some pretty unattainable goals in sight for certain markets. It goes to show you how many people were in this position before me for such a short amount of time. It’s understand it’s about producing and money, but they go about it in all the wrong ways.
